1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our EVA Boat Flooring products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal marine use and proper installation conditions.
What this means for you
Coverage applies to how the product was made, not how it is treated afterwards. Two conditions keep the warranty valid:
- Normal marine use
- Correct installation
2. Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 1-3 years from the date of purchase, depending on the adhesive and material selected by the customer.
Extended warranty terms may apply depending on product series and customer agreement.
What this means for you
EVA decking is a two-part system:
- EVA foam sheet
- Adhesive bonding system
Your selected specification determines your final warranty coverage.
3. What the Warranty Applies To
This warranty covers:
- Abnormal peeling
- Adhesive failure
- Cracking
- Excessive material degradation
These issues must be caused by manufacturing defects.
What this means for you
Failure caused by production issues is covered. Failure caused by contamination, incorrect installation, or misuse is not.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect surface preparation
- Harsh chemicals
- Misuse or accidents
- Sharp objects
- Extreme heat
- Excessive UV exposure
- Poor maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications
5. Installation Requirements
EVA Boat Flooring must be installed on a clean, dry, smooth and oil-free surface.
What this means for you
Temperature is critical during installation. Incorrect bonding conditions may create delayed failures after installation.
6. UV and Environmental Conditions
Our EVA marine flooring materials are designed for marine environments and tested for UV 3000 hours exposure.
What this means for you
The 3000-hour rating is a benchmark from accelerated weather testing, not an unlimited guarantee for every climate.
7. Claim Procedure
Customers must provide:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Proof of purchase
- Production batch information
- Description of the problem
8. Warranty Resolution
After inspection and confirmation, we may provide replacement materials, partial compensation, or other reasonable solutions depending on the actual situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the defective product only.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, installation labour, vessel downtime, or additional expenses.
